    Yes, in addition to our private tours we also offer E-Bike rentals. Our fleet includes Front MTB electric bikes, comfortable and easy to ride, available in different wheel sizes (26”, 27.5” and 29”) to suit every need. We also provide City E-Bikes, perfect for more relaxed rides, and for families we offer child seats and child carriers, so even the youngest can enjoy the experience safely and comfortably.

    Bikes are ready within one hour of your request and, upon request, can also be delivered to your accommodation. In this case, the transport fee varies according to distance and can be easily checked by phone or WhatsApp. You can book your rental quickly and easily:

    What should I wear for a tour?

    We recommend wearing light and comfortable clothing, perfect for moving freely and enjoying every moment. Bring a small backpack and choose closed-toe shoes, avoiding skirts or wide trousers that might interfere with pedaling.

    We’ll take care of the rest: CicloToscana provides all the necessary equipment free of charge, ensuring you a tour in total comfort and safety.

    I can’t ride a bicycle: can I join the tour?

    In this case, we strongly advise against participating in our Premium Tours: the ability to ride a bicycle independently and to comply with the Italian Highway Code is required, in order to guarantee the safety and peace of mind of all participants.

    Is insurance coverage available?

    Yes, CicloToscana offers free insurance coverage, which remains optional.
    If you wish to activate it after booking, please send an email to info@ciclotoscana.com indicating your choice and providing the full details of each participant, so that we can forward them to the insurance company.

    Timing: activation is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the tour.

    I have postural, joint, or other physical issues: can I join the tour?

    We strongly advise against taking part in the tour if you have conditions that could worsen with the use of a bicycle. By booking, the Client declares responsibility for their own physical condition and confirms being fit to participate safely.

    Are museum tickets included?

    CicloToscana is dedicated exclusively to Premium E-Bike Tours / E-Bike Rental: for this reason, entry to museums or other attractions is never included. If you wish to visit them, we recommend booking tickets independently, either before or after our tour, leaving enough time to comfortably reach the museum or venue you have reserved.

    Are the tours suitable for families with children?

    Yes, CicloToscana is the perfect choice for families, even with young children. We provide both child seats and child carriers, so little ones can join the tour free of charge, in complete safety and comfort. For those who wish to ride independently, the minimum required height is 1.55 meters (5 ft 1 in).

    How does payment for the booking work?

    Booking on CicloToscana.com is always free and requires no deposit. Payment can be made conveniently on the day of the tour, at check-in, choosing between credit card, cash, or instant bank transfer. Many ask us why we don’t request deposits, as almost everyone does nowadays. The answer is simple: we like to keep alive the spirit of our grandparents, when trust was considered the most precious virtue.

    What if it rains?

    In case of light rain, the guide – in agreement with the participants – is available to start the tour anyway, ensuring the experience remains safe.

    If, however, the forecast predicts thunderstorms or conditions unsuitable for safety, CicloToscana offers the option to reschedule the tour for a new date or receive a full refund. For payments made via PayPal or credit card, the refunded amount will be reduced by any commissions charged by the payment circuits and by any applicable Italian state taxes.
